FREE UK delivery on all orders


In line with current government guidelines we have now made the following changes to our processes:

DISPATCH TIMELINES

Our local Post Office has recently closed. To reduce pressure on the remaining Post Offices so it can continue to offer essential services to the community, we have decided to dispatch all orders using Amazon and other couriers - both who offer a contact free delivery service. All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can, however due to the unprecedented pressure on the UK postal service please allow up to four working days for deliveries during this challenging period.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Should you require expedited next day delivery please do reach out to Jess@bonjourbabyshowers.co.uk. 
    Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

     

    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    All delivery periods stated are in working days (excluding public holidays in England). These delivery times are approximate and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within these timelines, they cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery times. We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control.

    Whilst we will continue to monitor the situation, we thank you for your continued patience and understanding during what is currently a very challenging and changeable period
     

    PAYMENTS 

    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal and all prices are quoted in British pound GBP.  Sorry, we do not accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers for retail customers.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    We want you to love our Baby Shower in a Box as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. If you do need to return an item please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.

    Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded.

    Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
