Non Mainland UK
Delivery to non-mainland UK ( including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other offshore UK islands) costs the same as mainland UK delivery, but please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail who are providing a contact free service.
All delivery periods stated are in working days (excluding public holidays in England). These delivery times are approximate and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within these timelines, they cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery times such as Royal Mail delays. We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE - You may be required to pay duties or tax applicable for your jurisdiction upon delivery. These charges are payable by the receiver of the goods and not on our account. Most countries within Europe do not have to pay any local charges but please check with your local tax office for further details.
PAYMENTSWe accept all major credit cards and all prices are quoted in British pound GBP. Sorry, we do not accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love our decorations and games as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. If you do need to return an item please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded.
Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
